Artisans in the Hills, /www.artisansninthehills.co.uk is not a retailer; we serve only as an online website to connect new buyers to artisans displaying their work for sale. This means that when a customer decides to buy an item on Artisans in the Hills from an artisan's gallery, they are entering into a direct business relationship with the artisan as an individual seller. Therefore payments must be sent directly to the seller and not to Artisans in the Hills.

Intellectual Property
The names, images and logos identifying Aith, www.artisansninthehills.co.uk, or third parties and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks, including part  of domain names or email addresses of Aith and/or third parties. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication, or otherwise any licence or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of Aith, www.artisansninthehills.co.uk, or any other third party.

Gallery Membership requirements - Offering goods for sell on Artisans in the Hills.

• You agree to apply to local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. You are responsible for all taxes and delivery charges.
• Aith has the right to refuse services to clients or temporary suspended membership to the gallery or close inactive accounts. Aith reserve the right to refuse services to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
• Artisans under 18 years of age must have written permission of a parent or responsible adult who will be the account holder.
• You may not use inappropriate language or images.
• Keep your contact details, address, and account information updated and accurate.
• Your account must have a valid email address. Artisans in the Hills will use the email address on file to contact you when necessary.
• Please abide by copyright laws.
• Items exhibited on the website must be of a relevant safety standard; this is the responsibility of the selling artisan.
• We ask all artisans to promote any eco-friendly processes whenever they are used.
• We recommend that artisans write their own gallery policies that outline their expectation in payment methods and time, postage and packing, cancellation of an order, non arrival, and returning or exchanged items.
• You cannot resell someone else's work only your own.
• Abide by 'What can be displayed' criteria.
• Be sure your content, images and description, price of all items are accurate and not misleading or false in any way.
• You may not transfer ownership or sell your Artisans in the Hills account to another party.
• As an online website, Artisans in the Hills cannot mediate disputes between members or other parties. We encourage all members to resolve their own disputes.
• You may not use the public areas of your web gallery to demonstrate or discuss disputes with others
• You must pay your Artisans in the Hills annual fee on time to avoid suspension of your gallery.
• Abide by Artisans in the Hills' Privacy Policy.

Fee
Joining and setting up a web-gallery on Aith attracts a fee depending on the gallery service you select. Aith fee policy is subject to change, which are effective after Aith provides you with at least 14 days notice by posting the charges on the site.
